My currencies do not increase after purchase.

It seems the game server failed to receive purchase information.


In Android (Google Play)

You have 2 options: 

  • Add purchase data manually
  • Refund

Please contact me directly with your UserID and Order number(GPA.XXXX-... etc).


In iOS (AppStore)

Because AppStore does not provide individual refunds or identification of purchase information as a function, so we can not respond directly to refunds/manual grants.

Therefore, you need to contact AppStore directly and request for a refund.

Take the following steps:

  1. Open a "Report a Problem" link within Apple's receipt email
  2. In the reason field, select "I did not receive the item" and submit
